I was able to get a good deal on this package, which also included the extra parts I would need as well as installation, and it was exactly what I needed! I just wanted to be able to start my car from my apartment - I was used to a house with a garage, and this is my first full winter living the apartment life, and I knew this was going to be a necessity! I do wish it came with an extra remote, just because now I am so scared to lose the only one I've got. But other than that, no complaints!

Fiance loves her remote start. Hits the button and she comes out to a warmed up car ready to go. No more waiting for her vehicle to warm up and wasting 5 to 10 minutes a day. That time can really add up! Great experience with installment to. Best Buy was very helpful and informative. Thanks!

This remote starter was exactly what I wanted. It's easy to use, and works without any problems. I originally wanted a more expensive model, but the helpful Geek Squad staff lead me to this one. I added the app, and now I can start my car from anywhere.

Scheduled the install time online, everything went very smooth with no surprise expensed(cables, casings, etc). Everything works good , have had no problems.

I love that I can push one button and my car starts up. Getting into a very warm car in the morning helps make my day better. It was installed by the Geek Squad and I was given instructions on how to use it. I am Impressed how easy it is to use. It shuts itself off after 20 minutes. I purchased the basic model of remote car starters and bum pleased with the results. My only complaint is that while waiting for my car to be completed, there is absolutely no place to sit and wait. Best Buy should ceeTe some kind of waiting area for people getting things installed.

We wanted a remote starter that was separate from the key as our key has embedded controls. Good: Easy to use, works most of the time, cheap and small. Bad: No feedback about if the car is on (one way). Sometimes has not worked due to interference. Overall, because of the price I would still recommend this item.

Not only was the price right (it was on sale with free professional installation) but it works great - not too complicated, one button on one key fob. The installer was extremely helpful and courteous and made sure everything worked just as it should before I drove away. Trust me, there is nothing like having your car already warmed up when you hop in it to start your cold winter day!

All right product overall. Hate that it does not get good distance on starting when near a lot of other cars such as a parking lot of walmart or such. I do like that it is simple, but maybe a little too simple. Just one button. Have to guess on some of the features of holding down the button and double clicking...

I like how east it is to use and the distance I can get but just wish it came with two remotes.

I enjoy the Viper auto start on cold days. I am still getting used to using it and I would have bought a 2-way if I was to buy this again.

I have owned several remote starts over the years. This one offers good basic functionality. It lacks the features of other models but it serves it's basic purpose. I will most likely purchase my next remote start from CompuStar. It was easier to use and had more features at the same cost.

Great value for the price, works just as you would think if the vehicle already came installed with it.

Wife loves this and it will be great for all seasons to warm up and cool down the car. I recommend and would purchase again. The only knock is that sometimes it takes a second attempt to start. It also comes with just one remote, but you can purchase a second one.

I purchased this item for my wife at Christmas. She has always complained about coming out to a cold car from work. Also, I normally warm her car up in the morning before she leaves. This product works just great. Very easy to operate. My thanks also to the Bel air, MD installation team for their good work in installing it.
