Remotes are easy to use and have pretty good range. We installed it in a 06 Honda Odysee. The downside is there's an extra $200 in parts and labor if you want the electronic doors to work.

Bought it for my Subaru. Keeps me warm in the winter and cold in the summer.

The Viper system is excellent. My car starts everytime with no hiccups!

I have no complaints at this time; it works flawlessly with my car and current remote control. Each time I get into my car, it's pre-warmed and ready to go; it even cuts off if it's on too long to save my car battery.. Thanks!

I was so excited to purchase a remote starter for my car, unfortunately it required additional computer which increased the cost but still a good value. It is amazing! Works as well as factory installed remote starter which my old car had.

I was looking for a remote starter for the winter season. This one works perfect for me, because I usually park my car half block away from my house. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a simple remote started, nothing fancy.

Great choice for a first starter. Reliable, starts first time every time. Versatile, can be set to run for up to an hour. Excellent "geek squad" installation and quality guaranty... Winter will be a lot easier to deal with from now on!

I make an appointment and go there to have it installed...go in front doors and was sent 2 different places only to be told to take my car around to the side of the building...I go to side of building for installation and the door is locked...no one is in garage and there is no buzzer or alarm to push...I pounded on the door with my cane and still no answer...stood there for a few looking thru the windows and nobody was in site...I went to car and called best buy only to get disconnected after holding for a few minutes...I call back again and I have 2 people on the phone ahead of me so I had to hold a few more minutes...finally get thru to a human and she sends geek squad tech back...he arrives in a few minutes...he was very friendly and my problem wasn't really with him...It was what I had to go thru to get this remote start installed....Why was I not told in the first place where to go on the phone when I made the appointment? Why is there not a door buzzer on the side door of the geek squad garage? Why is the door even locked in the first place during business hours? Heck as far as that goes why isn't there a big sign out front directing you to the geek squad garage? Why didn't the geek squad just offer to go out and get my car and take it around to the garage? I had actually intended to go in and shop for a washer while I was waiting.....Instead I got frustrated and left without ever shopping! I use a cane and have health issues that make it a chore to even get out of the bed at times, let alone go thru all of this!....This setup is just ridiculous and some changes need to be made in this area...So it all boils down to I liked the employees service I just didn't like the set up of Best Buy on this purchase.....I was very frustrated and it will make me seriously think twice about purchasing anything like this from Best Buy again....It's time for a change and there is a need for the easy button on this one! This is referring to the Viper remote start installed on the jeep...

Works great. Is such a treat to get into a warm car on very cold mornings. The range works well for starting. Had it installed by the Geek Squad and it has been flawless. Considering buying another for my other car.

This is a great product! Cold weather makes it nice for a warm car.

Overall, I'm rather with my purchase, but it's supposed to have an "anti-grind" feature that either doesn't work, isn't compatible with my vehicle, or simply wasn't installed by the best buy installer. As such, I have to be very conscious when turning on the vehicle after it has been remotely started. That being said, I'm very impressed with the range of the remote. It has much longer range than our Chevy equinox. The cost to upgrade to a two button remote that allows full keyless entry was minimal and I'd highly recommend it. This purchase brought joy back to my Suzuki Reno.
