I could not be more satisfied with this product!!!

brian did a great job installing my remote starter.

I LOVE HOW I CAN BE IN THE FAR END OF MY HOME GETTING READY FOR WORK AND STILL START THE CAR! INSTALLATION WENT GREAT AND THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPED ME CHOOSE THE PRODUCT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE!

I bought this as a deal package with geek squad install included but to begin with the package arrived opened and missing one of the two remotes. I was asked to purchase a second remote on my own for $25. The geek squad tech work on my car for two days but in the end the unit was not compatible with my Mazda. It was a waste of time.

I bought this viper for $175 installed. Thought it was a good deal. Works good! The air bag light stayed on but was fixed a week later, no charge. It is a simple one-way, but wife is happy.

Device generally doesn't do what its supposed to do. Inconsistent starting if not exactly the right finger pressure or time. Sometimes starts with just device in pocket. Won't respond to maintain engine on from inside. Often locks doors/lid & prevents remote opening of them. Range not consistent with marketing-weak signal? Wrong device for car? Technician misjudgement? Returned for repair once-very soon after purchase. ABOVE COMPLAINTS ARE CURRENT -AFTER THAT RETURN!

this is the 4th Viper starter that I have purchased over the last 10 years and I have never been let down, this is a great product!

this unit does every thing it promises.I no longer have to worry that some body will drive off with my car when i am warming it up in the morning

All I wanted was a remote start and it was the cheapest one available to do just what I needed it to do without any extra features.

It work great gets my Truck nice and warm love it and clear my windows from the frost it's going be great for this winter and this coming summer going to get my truck nice and cool with the a c going

Bought this unit for a 2007 Honda Accord. It works well, I like the simplicity of this unit. There was no need for a lot of additional parts or modules. It starts the car, and that is all we needed.

I had been thinking about getting this for awhile and with the lower temperatures this winter it just made sense. So glad I bought this. It makes all the difference in the morning.

I love my alarm/auto start. Great price, installation included in price. Geek squad personnel got us in and out in about 3 hrs.

I love this. It works from quite a range so that by the time I get to my car it is nice and toasty warm on those cold winter days! It takes awhile to install, but well worth it.

Very basic but great buy. The product works just as advertised. The range is excellent. The only issue was it took over a month to get the remote starter installed at bestbuy.

Works great! I am very pleased! I am told however that I bought the basic system. Wish I had researched these a little better and bought one with more features and two remotes.

My husband, son & grandson gave me this for Christmas and I couldn’t be more thrilled!! I use it every single day!! The young man that installed it was amazing!!
