I had 10% coupon for birthday month and wanted store to apply to purchase, but I was meet with not helpful support, vs anyone trying to help and come up with solutions for me use coupon. Disappointing experience - if presented with alternatives, I will pursue non Best Buy option. Totally dissatisfied with service, not product, ruining my experience.

Must be pointed towards the car (even through walls, etc) Sort of wish we went with one that gave a confirmation that the car did in fact start but oh well. Gets the job done!
