This remote starter is a great value wig all he features one needs. Might be short some bells & whistles you can get with a higher end starter, but for me, those were features I would probably forget to use anyway.

i bought this 12/24/16 it is now 12/14/17 and they are removing the unit from my 2001 GMC Yukon. Could not get it to work. Tried Several times . Windows went up and down could not start the truck with out having the drivers door open. Just could not get the unit to work correctly. I do not blame BB but the installers at BB AND Geek squad assured me that this unit would work .. This is a very common Truck cant believe that i had so many issues.

It works but sometimes doesn’t start when you push the button. Annoying. Also, it automatically unlocks the doors when you start it. That stinks. And if you don’t get in the vehicle in 10 minutes it stops and locks. Locked the keys in the car once because of that. So I like having it but with all the hassle (and the 4+ hours to install it!) I wouldn’t have bothered if I’d known. But still, it’s decent.

For a entry level remote starter,will definitely have ur car warm for those cold morning's and nights!

I bought this for my wife for Christmias and thought it would be no problem to set it up for installation. We callied to get in line for installation and haven't heard anything at Feb 18. I think I will return the remote starter and have 6 months to find a company that will take a purchase commitment seriously.

Got this for my wife and she loves this. No more cold car in the winter snow, windows defrosted and car ready to go when she gets in. Have no problems or issues with its operation.

It is a good viper however sone day it dorsn't start the car completely, just the first electric contact. That frustrates me.

This is a great item to have during cold weather or if it is hot outside and you want to cool the car down before you get in. Very convenient.

I wish my running lights would come on when it starts so I know it worked and I don't like that the horn honks so many times

I love everything about it except the delay time between starting the car and being able to unlock the doors. It's about 15-20 seconds.

This remote only starts my car if you are very close to car and directly pointing the remote at the car, which is worthless and pointless. Also, after I turn off my car off by removing the key from the ignition, sometimes by car turns back on. Which I don't really understand why this happens. I will be asking for a refund or upgrade on this. Highly disappointed as this was recommended by Best Buy Associate.

It is sporadic in starting. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Doesn't seem to live up to the distance it will start from

It was installed for one day . On the next night It couldnt start , then tried start my car on its own that couldnt start...

From purchasing the product to having it installed -- everything was excellent. The buying process was simple and the installation was expertly done and done when promised!

Bought the unit at Black Friday but I have not had it installed yet because the install group has been busy I have not been happy with trying to get it installed, however the install is free and this unit came with the defeater which usually cost another $100. I have had other installs with bestbuy on remote startes and they have all worked as they suppose too.
