The product was what I expected. The 2 1/2 hour installation took 9 hours and in the end they said they might have to contact my vehicle manufacturer for a $70 fix that was never projected. Frustrating to say the least.

Sometimes it doesn't always start. Not sure if it's just too cold but it's frustrating and then sometimes it starts but will turn itself off after a few minutes

Had remote car starter installed at Best Buy. Worked for less than 3 weeks. Took 2 days for call back from Geek Squad to be told they can "look at it" in a week.

Only downfall is, (at times) it will not stay on for more than 3 mins. I have to continuously turn it on, in order for the car to warm up!

This remote starter was okay for my Honda Civic. Had issues with starting up right away had to unlock and lock doors multiple times to get it to start.

This remote is ok it just worked for one year and then something went wrong. I think the price is too much for this simple start.

It shuts the car off as soon as you open the door. I don't know if it's the product or the installation

I bought this for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. The installers will tell you that it will take 4 hours but that's only to let you know that it can take that long if they run into problems. I only waited 1 hour. Easy to operate. My girlfriend loves the new addition since we live with subzero weather 4 months a year and ridiculous heat another 4 months a year. I haven't tested it a quarter mile away like it specifies yet but this morning, I pushed the button while in my bed room which is approxiately about 50 feet away from her car. So many factors that could have went wrong there though. I wish the starter came with a two way remote so I could know for sure if the receiver got the signal.

The store Manager sold me an item that won’t go on my make and model of car. Really??? Geek squad informed me after I called to confirm my appointment that I’ve had since mid December. Best Buy can’t install to Mercedes!!! Manager should have known that!!
