Installation was easy, i opted to purchase it and get it installed by a local mechanic vs getting it done thru geek squad. easy to use. who doesn't like a toasty warm car in the winter!

The starter is great. Has wesome range and we re very happy with it. The geek squad install team did an awesome job of installing it. We are very happy and i highly recommend. Best buy.

Was going to get it last year, but there was a 3 mth waiting list to get it installed. So waited until it went on sale this year to get it and installed before the bad weather hit. It so far works like it's supposed to; but there hasn't been any real cold or bad snow days yet to give it a real tryout. At this time I would recommend it. If you're not sure which model is best for your vehicle, talk to one of the installers and they can recommend model to fit your vehicle and your needs.

The Best Buy Tech who installed the remote starter was very knowledgeable and courteous. The remote starter is very helpful when leaving the house when it's icy and cold.

It works as described except range. Sometimes if there are objects in between it won't work even if within the distance promoted. All in all was great. The technician at Bestbuy was great, however the wait was too long. All in all, I am satisfied, the install was great and it works as it should so far except the distance. I recommend picking a two way remote instead, this one is only one way.

I purchased this remote start system for my Hyundai Veloster. It's a great low cost system to remotely start your car. The installer, Johnson S. was very professional. He installed the system in just under 4 hours. He explained how the system works; he was even able to install an interface so I could start my car using my factory key fob. Great service! I'd recommend the system and Johnson for the install.

Great product and the install was completed as quoted. The sales person said I would need an extra part for the install but the install techs said it was not needed!!!

I love that I can start my car 10 minutes ahead and have it warmed up in frigid temperatures for the drive home; I've used it nearly daily for the past month with no issues.

Good remote starter good range the only con is the one way control but enough for the price viper 4415

I don't necessarily like the fact that this system uses a separate key FOB but for the price it is an excellent product!

I found it to work well. I use it from my kitchen window. Leaver heater in on position to use remote start to warm your car before coming out to it.

I was hesitant at installing an aftermarket product into the vehicle's electrical system, but after a month of use, product is working perfectly and as advertised

This is exactly what I needed! It works at such a long range. I've never had a situation where it didn't connect. I am loving my toasty warm car on these freezing days!!

the starter works good and the employees were all great, but i never received my receipt or any booklets or warrenties

I purchased this for my wife's Toyota Tacoma and had it installed at best buys shop. It was done in the same afternoon. It's a basic unit but it works every time.

Best Buy installed it and everything works great the distance is great. Meets all my expectations don't hesitate it will be a life saver in the dead cold winter
