Install was professional but Remot start is junk. Buttons easily accidentally pressed due to poor remote design. I start my car and often unlock it accidentally while remote is in my pocket. The battery door will fall off the first day you own it due to a poor design. Had to resort to wrapping electrical tape around the remote to keep it in place. after multiple complaints to DEA in california they have done nothing to remedy customer concerns. Research amazon for additional complaints on the 5301 remote start. Only issue with best buy installation crew was that when I told them about the junk remotes they said "yeah they're having problems with them". Well why the heck did you sell the product if you knew there was an issue! Thanks a lot!
