This is a decent phone for the price. My only complaint is the speakerphone isn't loud enough.

My first smart phone. Excellent camera quality, especially HDR. The screen looks clear and readable. The phone comes with some annoying apps that are hard to turn off. Incredible technology fro the price.

I bought this phone, got home, showed my wife, and she reminded me that this is the exact same one that her parents have and they have a LOT of issues with it. One of the main ones is that it all of a sudden stopped ringing for incoming calls. They aren't that tech savy, but I am so I took a look...I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it for the life of me! So, with that in mind I returned this phone and got the LG Tribute 2 instead...THAT phone is AWESOME!

I am pleased with the Virgin Moble phone. I love not being locked into a contract. But most importantly, the phone itself does everything I want it to do.

Phone works great. Camera not as good as IPhone. Like the size.of phone.

Easy to set up & use; great sound quality; has built in help features; everything I wanted in a new smartphone.

My 12yr old daughters first phone and she's enjoying it she loves it and so far has been very responsible with it so thank you for your GREAT service.....satisfied customer

I have only had it a month so not too sure how great it is.

I actually bought the phone for my son. To my surprise the thing that I did not like was that the warranty price was like triple the amount that I had paid before. I was kind of discouraged about that, Well though the phone is very nice and my son is satisfied with all the features, so as long as thats good, we are satisfied.

Nice phone, easy to use, have had a few incoming calls that I wasn't able to answer, kept bringing up a menu of standard reply texts instead of letting me answer. Other than that am happy with this phone.

I do miss the Cortina feature found on the Nokia..

I love this phone. Offers everything I need in a smart phone at a low, low price. The only complaint I have is the speakers are not very loud. I miss the Boom Sound that I had in my old HTC phone.

I love this phone. It can do everything and then some. The only thing that I have an issue with is the camera. I still can't get the lighting correct, and that is probably because of human error.

Very user friendly and has the same qualities of other more expensive phones. Has worked great so far.

decent phone with standard features, camera, etc. Big clear screen, but will burn through the battery fast at full brightness. Has this annoying glitch of automatically taking user to Google Play at random times without any input. Plus you cannot remove Facebook from pre-installed apps, really annoying. So mixed bag, not the worst, but far from the best.

I love my new HTC. It has a bigger screen than my older phone. It takes really good pictures.

Awesome phone and the price was unbeatable. Best Buy is awesome
