The phone worked amazing the first 21 days I had it. It didn't have a lot of internal memory tho. The big screen is amazing. The reason for the poor rating is on the 21st day the phone shut off by itself and never turned on again. I didn't get the extra warranty through best buy so I'm out of a phone. Don't waste your time.

This is a pretty amazing phone. It has plenty of space internally and a micro sd slot. the hd display is gorgeous.

My son picked this out to replace his broken phone. Simple, easy to set up. Does whatever a 15 yr old needs it to do as he hasn't complained once about it.

Good entry level smart phone but is long in the tooth now. In 2019, you will most likely need more than 8GB of storage.

This phone works great as expected. The price is right, and we like being on a prepaid plan so there are no surprises at the end of the month.

So far so good. I do have meany issues with texts, but this could be the virgin Mobile service. Battery life is decent enough, but memory is low.

Bought it for my 16 year old daughter. Lost her other phone that was on old 25.00 plan. Had to upgrade to 35.00 plan but whatever still a good deal.

Good phone but when it says 8 gig for space you really only get less than 1 gig. Rest are apps which cannot be uninstalled no mini SD Card

Phone was fantastic, battery life was good, just needed more memory in the end! Would defenitly reccomend this for beginner phone users!

I am very happy with the HTC Desire 626s. I wish it came with more memory but it does has twice the amount as the 626 so I am satisfied.

I'm still learning things about the phone everyday. So far it's been a pleasant experience. this is my first android.

When i first purchased the phone i thought it was normal to restart every so often because of the updates and such but I have literally two downloaded apps on the phone(Snapchat and a game) and the phone crashes repeatedly and restarts itself over and over again. My service is Virgin Mobile and I never had this problem with previous phones.

Purchased this for my elderly mother who is not tech savvy. She was able to use the functions she needs quite easily. Takes ok pictures for what she needs it for. She loves the ease of access compared to the flip phone she was using.

it has big screen which is 5 inch, so I can watch movie on phone, however, the memory is so small.
