When I purchased the phone it was advertised as new. The phone gave me nothing but problems because the phone was not new but a preowned phone. I was told that it was a glitch in the system however this was also the case with another phone that was purchased by a friend. Same phone from best buy same problem. Likely not a glitch. I was also forced to go without a phone for atleast a week. Was defenitly not satisfied with best buy and as a result will never purchase anything from Best Buy ever again. Not satisfied at all.

This is the worst phone I have ever purchased. I got it because of the reviews on this product on BestBuy but you guys must be talking about another phone. I don't get text messages until hours later. My apps are always shutting down on me. And it can not do two things at one time. Hate this phone

Cheap phone. Screen flickers randomly and I can't get it to stop unless I completely shut down and restart. Even that doesn't help sometimes. Unfortunately the problem started after the two week return period is over and I cant return the phone for another one without having to pay for Best Buy insurance all over again.

The LG G STYLO is one of the best phones I have ever had. Takes great photos and the large screen is amazing. Need more memory just ad a SD card and there is plenty of room for apps. The Best Buy price is the best around, lower than V.M. Want to pay $500.00 for an iphone? I'll take the STYLO any day and I love to be able to right notes on the screen. Go buy one!

    WOULD AVOID.

I seriously HATE this phone. I switched from a HTC Desire 626S which supposedly is inferior to this phone. The Stylo claims to have a 8MP Rear Camera, yet the camera is truly horrible. And worse, the Stylo supposedly has a better processor, yet it cannot run Snapchat without force-closing. Randomly closes apps and internet browser for no apparent reason. Forget about multitasking or having any background apps running. Also, be prepared to sit and stare at the screen while you patiently wait for your keyboard to pop up... and wait.. and wait. Maybe mine is faulty, but it is slow and horribly annoying. Stylus is cool and convenient, but I'm tempted to shove it into my eye socket while I'm waiting for my phone to do regular, simple tasks. WOULD AVOID.

    Great Phone! Good Price!

I was using Verizon as I was supposed to get an employee discount. I had two people on the contract and my normal monthly bill was around 156 a month. One of the phones broke on my contract and the lunatics wanted $99 to replace an old Galaxy S3. The contract on my phone was up and the other is still in contact. I decided to go back to prepaid. I purchased an Lg Stylo and I've had it for around a week. I see nothing wrong with it. It was very cheap and the picture is great. The phone is large and thin and better on my eyes. Virgin Mobile also offered me a $40 a month plan with unlimited calls and text with 4gig of data. I love the phone and it doesn't even have virgin mobiles name on it. It is just as good as the Iphone or Galaxy. I just don't understand the hype and the money people spend on a name. I highly suggest this phone. Forget contract phones and go to prepaid. It is much cheaper. Sure you get a free phone in the beginning, but you actually pay alot more in the long run.

I've had the phone about two weeks now. The phone itself is perfect size, runs smoothly and operates great. However, if you are a person who downloads apps save the trouble and buy the next model with 16gb storage. This phone has 8GB but unfortunately the operating system takes up almost 6GB. You can manually switch over most apps to an SD card but a few will not let you. Everyday I have to clear my cache and data on apps just to get the phone to run at regular speed. I can't even install a system update because I don't have enough storage space. I love the idea of this phone, but definitely doesn't work well for someone who uses their phone for anything but calls and texts.

The large screen and stylus are the only good things about this phone. The processor and memory are not adequate enough to call this a smart phone. I had to delete apps just to download the system update. After adding a few apps, my text messages stopped coming thru. I would get the notification but not the message.

I've been with virgin Mobile for awhile now. This is the first phone that made me jump for joy. I love the large screen and the decent storage. It has the newest software, also. I run a small business so the stylus made my day. No more signing with fingers.

Had this phone for 8 months and was great until the speed and storage was coming up to full capacity at 4 months of usage and it's mostly due to the phone system settings at 4.3GB coming out of the total storage. Love the big screen to see things easier but kinda hard to grip with one hand. Bigger screen than a Galaxy s7 by 1/4 to 3/8ths of an inch more. Camera quality is ok and it is handy with the stylus given in the phone. I won't recommend this phone to a friend but I would recommend the Samsung J3 phone (better than J7) or the Second generation Stylo 2 phone that came out.

I read a ton of reviews about this phone and thought that maybe I would get one that doesn't stink so much but I was seriously wrong. At first, the phone started out great. Was fast and I loved the screen size. Then after a week, I noticed that it would be slow, the keyboard would disappear and some apps would close a lot. It's because of the RAM. 1 GB isn't enough for someone who uses their phone a lot. I even have to go in and force close some things to make others work. I wanted to make this phone work but if I can't browse the internet and listen to music without the music playing turning off, then it's not worth it. I would say go for something else with more RAM. Even the HTC Desire 626s (Which is the phone I had before this one), works extremely better. Take your money and get a better phone. You'll be happier.

I read the reviews online knowing this phone wasn't perfect but i decided to try it out. In only the month I've had it i have been starting to have major issues, its slow, the screen keeps flickering and its getting worse, the charger wont stay plugged in, it dies really quickly and takes forever to charge. A lot of apps seem to crash also that i have never had crash on other phones. Today i am going to try and return it. Overall i wouldn't recommend the only thing i do like is the stylus.

I read all of the reviews off of your website and they were good. No reason not to believe this phone is a piece of junk. The keyboard closes while you are typing things and it may take a while for it to reappear. While I have typed this review it has closed 5 times!!! 5 it is very frustrsting. It looses messages. Does not let you know you have a message until you open the messages app. Phone does not tell you when you get a message on fb nor does a bubble pop up. I have now had the keyboard close 15 times and not prompt to open back up. The phone lags. Takes forever for apps to open or to even call anyone. Worst phone I have ever had.
