Not only does the screen have trouble reading your touch unless you use the special pen. But it also has a mountain of internal issues to over come. such as closing pandora constantly for no reason, the facebook messenger app does not alert you to messages and also closes mid message and also just closes the key board mid message in texts so you have to retype it all. I know this is not just an issue for just my device for my significant other got the same devices and has the same problems. Its such a hassle to use im just going to switch back to my old phone.

not a great phone

Now i am about to return the second one cause it doesnt work right and over heats. About the only nice thing about this phone is the screen size and resolution.

After a month figured out I had even less memory on this one. Tried returning or exchanging it. Bought a different model. Should have went in store instead of online shop
