It works well. The only problem is the ring sometimes became silent automatically. I have to change the sound volume to set it.

The sound quality is good. The pay as you go and the international calling options offer the lowest monthly cost available for me as I need to call Honduras. A real step up from my last phone. I was able to upload my contact list from my own phone making the transition to this phone very easy.

does it have short comings...yes is it a good phone...yes if you do not need every bell and whistle it's well worth the price

I got this for my daughter for christmas and she luved it, that was a year ago, She still has and works great!

This is a solid phone for the money. Cell service and reception lacks a bit. All in all a good first phone for new teenager.

Bought this phone for 1 reason only. To trade it in. I bought this phone for $20 on the day after Black Friday. I then took it to the local Verizon Store and they gave me an instant rebate of $200 for trading in my "old" smartphone. Never even opened the box. The cheap phone came in very handy to save $180 instantly on a new Samsung S6 down the street. Thanks for having this phone on sale Best Buy.

The phone is okay. I do not like that the volume buttons are located on the back. There are too many VM preloaded apps.

This phone won't win any speed contests, but it can run all current apps well. Switching between different apps in the background does show some sluggishness. The camera is not great, but that was expected at this price point. Overall, for the price, it's impossible to beat. For me it is a great secondary device.

Bought this as a gift for someone and they loved it! It's no I phone, but doesn't have the price of an I phone either!

If you listen to music on your phone you wont want this one.. Very poor sound quality other than that great phone..

This phone was great for my teenager son. He wanted a smartphone and I didn't want to pay a ton of money for it.

An above average phone for $20. 5mp camera with flash and lollipop OS. LG always seems to make a reliable phone.

Bought this on Black Friday in 2015 for my daughter to replace an older LG brand Virgin Mobile phone that was getting unreliable. It has all the features that she was looking for. Its been over a year and it is still running fine. She is happy with the phone and I am happy with the great price.
