Not a bad phone for the limited use crowd. If you are a person who downloads and uses many apps, this is probably not for you. Limited internal memory and storage. I bought them for the younger kids.

Look, if you're looking for a cheap good quality phone in 2013-2016 this what you want to read. Its 2020 it's obvious thing have improved. This phone was great at the but the technology is more advance now. But this phone is great back then. Try to get another phone on the cheap if you can. If you're broke and barely have the funds to purchase a new phone this the one you want if they still make this model.

A little hard to get used to having no buttons, but overall an awesome phone and cheap!!!

I use this device as a media player only. This is a great value for what you get. Since I only use it to download music and podcasts on Wifi, I cannot advise as to how well it works as a phone.

I mean really $20 for a cell phone that can double as a media device? And load it as you need? Great buy for my nephew for emergencies.

a great buy for the price easy to use durable, dropped it 3 times,one time it fell apart, I put it back together and it works fine.

This phone was inexpensive and did what it needed to do. Easily breakable however. And a tad slow, but works for what i needed it to!

So far so good. I bought this phone for my son to use the wifi without service and I haven't heard any complaints, so that's good.

I purchased 2 of these phones for my daughters great value and does all the apps they us and if they loose it or it gets thrown in the water i dont feel bad.

For someone that does not need more than a phone that also takes pictures, this is a really good starting point. Simple, easy to use, and light weight.

I purchased this phone to use as a second phone with a differenht carrier than my primary phone. Works well enough. Good battery life. Small memory.

my girls were looking for phones that would allow them to take selfies. we only returned the phones because the plan we wanted was no longer available at bestbuy. we did end up purchasing the phones at another location But the phones are awesome they use the for the different apps like snapchat and musicly the quality is amazing

It is a cheap phone no doubt. But it does get the job done. As a light user, I only use a few apps, and this cheap phone handles it perfectly fine.
