I had taken my HP laptop in for service as I was concerned about using it since it had sat on a shelf for a couple of years. They eval'd the laptop and said it's ok to use but the battery is not holding it's charge very well, so I should consider replacing if I'm keeping the laptop. I needed a new power cord and was taken over to the desk where they could assist me with that. Service 'Tech' ADAM at that desk was very polite, efficient and helpful. Due to his expertise, I was on my way home in no time. Great Service! Great Geek Squad and Service as well. Thanks to ALL!
