I absolutely love the geek squad. I have any called them for help. When I need them they always send a well knowledgeable person. And there have times when I called Geek for information by phone and they are always there for me.

I had needed to have Geek Squad update my software and clean up all evidence of viruses and generally make my computer secure. As always Matt Case did all of that and I can surely see the difference in performance of my computer.

The agent took my laptop and due to covid-19 they would look at it later. The problem was resolved and I got a call and an email 3 hours later to come pick it up. When I picked it up they advised me that they had done more than requested to make sure everything was running smoothly. Very pleased with the service.

I was having trouble with Malwarebytes when I got on my computer. It would take a long time (up to 5 minutes) to get on board. I also lost the premium upgrade from Malwarebytes. When I was finally on and checking my email, Malwarebytes would come on and scan. It ended in a free-up. I would shut the computer down by pressing the starting button on the desk top for 10 seconds. I then restarted and it worked but it was very slow. Kevin Green removed McAfee and Malwarebytes from my computer and reinstalled Malwarebytes. He then installed the premium Malwarebytes. He then got it running and it has been running as it was when it was first installed.
