Although I was trying to avoid carrying my all-in-one desktop into the store the agent that came out was knowledgeable and helpful and directed me to a store location that has taken really good care of me/my computer.

We were very pleased with the technician Justin Pierson. He was on time and put his shoe covers on to keep our rug clean. He came to install a TV and set up the remote. He explained the use of the remotely very clearly and made it simple to follow. He had extenders in his tool bag so we could mount the new TV directly to the old mount which indicated he was prepared. He solved the problem with our old Sony TV that we bought from Best Buy about 4 years ago. We couldn't get audio on Prime movies and many people had tried to help us solve this problem. Justin was able to solve this for us!!

Geek is always reliable. They are busy...and not cheap. But you get what you pay for.

Montgomery was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our questions, and resolved all of the issues that we were having with our computers.

My technician (Joseph) was on-time, polite, friendly, and respectful. He ran several diagnostic tests and kept me apprised of what he was doing, as he was doing it. When everything was completed, he was just as friendly and polite leaving as he was when he arrived. We did a test run on the equipment and everything worked just fine. So far, it is still working fine. I am so happy, pleased and grateful for Joseph and his part of the Best Buy Geek Squad, Springfield, IL!

The Geek Squad person was really great. She did her best to diagnose the problem and attempt to resolve it. She showed me exactly what I could do as a next step (reset Windows 11, wiping my machine). She gave me her mobile number so I could text her if I had to do that -- I did. Unfortunately, that didn't work, either, so she spoke to her manager and they agreed that the computer has a unresolvable defect. I'll head in next week to swap out for a new laptop.

What a relief it is for me to have my Geek on-site to review all of my equipment stability and make recommendations to keep it in great working order. I am not technical so I can't tell you how he cleaned the files and trash that I had built up since the shut down. But he indicated that my system is in tip top shape. Because I am a Realtor I rely on credibility, efficiency and reliability. I get all of that to meet my needs to remain in business. He even recommend hardware to add to my need to communicate better with all of the Zoom meetings that are necessary to stay in touch with my Real Estate world. Thank you Geek Squad.
