This was so nice with the tech on 8/3. Thank goodness finally straightended out on my other accnt via Outlook & Microsoft Edge plus a few other problems.

I was having trouble with Malwarebytes when I got on my computer. It would take a long time (up to 5 minutes) to get on board. I also lost the premium upgrade from Malwarebytes. When I was finally on and checking my email, Malwarebytes would come on and scan. It ended in a free-up. I would shut the computer down by pressing the starting button on the desk top for 10 seconds. I then restarted and it worked but it was very slow. Kevin Green removed McAfee and Malwarebytes from my computer and reinstalled Malwarebytes. He then installed the premium Malwarebytes. He then got it running and it has been running as it was when it was first installed.

Yes, your agent, Shawn Kiehl, is a technical genius. Had my computer (mostly) working for the first time since the total hack situation. Expect Geek Squad to finish the job on Wednesday, Nov. 11th. Thanks !

We were very pleased with the technician Justin Pierson. He was on time and put his shoe covers on to keep our rug clean. He came to install a TV and set up the remote. He explained the use of the remotely very clearly and made it simple to follow. He had extenders in his tool bag so we could mount the new TV directly to the old mount which indicated he was prepared. He solved the problem with our old Sony TV that we bought from Best Buy about 4 years ago. We couldn't get audio on Prime movies and many people had tried to help us solve this problem. Justin was able to solve this for us!!

Although I was trying to avoid carrying my all-in-one desktop into the store the agent that came out was knowledgeable and helpful and directed me to a store location that has taken really good care of me/my computer.
