The Geek Squad person was really great. She did her best to diagnose the problem and attempt to resolve it. She showed me exactly what I could do as a next step (reset Windows 11, wiping my machine). She gave me her mobile number so I could text her if I had to do that -- I did. Unfortunately, that didn't work, either, so she spoke to her manager and they agreed that the computer has a unresolvable defect. I'll head in next week to swap out for a new laptop.

What a relief it is for me to have my Geek on-site to review all of my equipment stability and make recommendations to keep it in great working order. I am not technical so I can't tell you how he cleaned the files and trash that I had built up since the shut down. But he indicated that my system is in tip top shape. Because I am a Realtor I rely on credibility, efficiency and reliability. I get all of that to meet my needs to remain in business. He even recommend hardware to add to my need to communicate better with all of the Zoom meetings that are necessary to stay in touch with my Real Estate world. Thank you Geek Squad.
