After taking lap top, phone and I pad into the store 4 or 5 times for repair and leaving it to have new hardware installed and general maintenance, I still could not print on any of my apps or access the system on my lap top. Requested a tech to come out for in-home service. The tech was punctual, seemed to have knowledge of my equipment and appeared to be concerned with my problems. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the computers as well as the printer. He also gave me some tips about the systems. I was very pleased with his work ethic and overall repair.

This is a rather long explanation. On a scale of 1-10, initially you were a 10. During the course of five interactions spread over a month you had fallen down to a 2. Having said that, the last in-store folks who did a good job recovering my data may have raised it to a 6. The last gentleman who helped me was Andrew. He was exceptional, and I moved your rating up to probably an 8. The real issues included the length of time it took, and several who may have not been up to par. Even though it was frustrating and took so long it was well worth the cost of the service.

I appreciate BEST BUY Geek Squad and an in-house technician to get my computer up and running. You have always been prompt with your appointments and I appreciate your hard work. A tech by the name of Mike was sent out of his district to my home to reinstall a Vizio sound bar not working the right way. He was so sympathetic to my problem that he calmed my nerves and admitted it was not installed properly in the first place. He then went to work fixing the problem while kindly talking to me and assuring me my problems were over. He is tech smart, very customer friendly and I wish that he worked out of my area because he is a class act great for me and Geek Squad. Thanks to Geek Central for choosing him to fix my problem, and please give him a pat on the back if not a raise.

Geek Squad had recently installed a new entertainment system in our home. The new TV required a calibration. Routine. Not so routine to do as it required a very knowledgeable person to perform. Corey was a superior technician. The process took several hours with very sophisticated eqipment. Tedious. But Corey was very capable. He is a dedicated and very thoughtful person who takes his job seriously. He made this very detailed procedure appear to be a breeze. Many kudos to Best Buy for providing this quality of tecnical service.

Everything was resolved with this visit. We have the Total Tech Service and felt the Agent visit to our home was much better than trying to tackle computer issues in the store.
