Remotely remove viruses

I chose not to do this as it is a desktop I-Mac and way too heavy and bulky to transport it. Even though the man was unable to work his magic, he tried various ways to solve thee problem. I gave him 3 stars for trying.

Geek Squad in stalled my computer

Right on time came in with mask on and booties what a professional Young man. He setup my computer and installed my email and VPN and software to protect my computer. He made sure we understood how to operate the system before he left. What outstanding group of young people. This is why I always buy from “BEST BUY” great people and products.

I was completely satisfied with this service and commend the technician for his abilities to solve this problem and explain it to me in terms I could understand. I highly recommend the geek squad.

Great Service from the Geek Squad

He installed our printer and help set it up. We have had nothing but very kind people who have came to our house. We really enjoy the work they do and act like they have all the time to answer our questions. I would recommend the Geek Squad to everyone I know. It is well worth the money. We are so pleased. Thank-you!!

Geek Squad kept my computer secured and safe

He was polite and answered all my questions. He explained what and why he was doing or checking on different sites to make sure they were safe from hackers.
