Timely, smart, even funny. Got my system deglitched and running in an hour, after I spent a week puzzling over the problem.

It took quite awhile for the process of downloading windows 10 to update my computer, but the Agent was a very patient individual and finally completed the process. which made me very happy to have him come into my home and update my computer.

Kyle worked on my computer, updating it, re-arranging my desk top for easier use. In short, he did what has been needed for this computer in a long time. I had tried previously to connect with Best Buy, but to little or no avail. Kyle was not only excellent with his knowledge but also had empathy for this 82 year old, who is practically computer illiterate. So thank you Kyle. I wish to have Kyle return for the one hour training. Please consider this my request and schedule a date and time.

Unless I missed the receipt for my purchase for the renewal of the Geek squad I do not have it. The tech that came out to fix my computer alerted me to my expiring subscription to the Geek Squad and signed me up for renewal with s month credit. I gave him my main credit card and I have yet to receive a receipt. Otherwise he did an exceptional job restoring my computer to a working condition and verified for me that my computer was not infected anymore. The safety protocol that the Geek squad uses is excellent. Please let me know the status of my geek squad membership. Thank You.

Downloaded my files, etc. from old computer and got me up and running again!

The Geek Squad representative was wonderful. I had been hacked and was very worried. After going through my computer, I was assured I was OK. Having Geek Squad is so worth it.
