Geek Squad

The tech that came out to fix my computer alerted me to my expiring subscription to the Geek Squad and signed me up for renewal with s month credit. I gave him my main credit card and I have yet to receive a receipt. Otherwise he did an exceptional job restoring my computer to a working condition and verified for me that my computer was not infected anymore. The safety protocol that the Geek squad uses is excellent. Please let me know the status of my geek squad membership. Thank You.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH BEST BUY STORE. SAID I DIDN'T HAVE CONTRACT & SOLD ME A NEW CONTRACT FOR SERVICE & TREND MICRO WHEN I ALREADY HAD CONTRACT PAID THROUGH 6/3/2020. DID NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR 6 MONTHS OF CONTRACT ALREADY PAID FOR. REASON GIVEN "IT'S NO LONGER A VALID CONTRACT". LEGALLY I THINK I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN 6 MONTH CREDIT. IT'S NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT CONTRACT WAS CHANGED. THAT'S CALLED DOUBLE BILLING FOR SAME SERVICE.

I now have a computer updated tp Windows 10.1
