We’d been having trouble with our Bose WiFi speakers off and on for several years, but this summer they completely quit connecting. It took the agent 30 minutes to get everything working better than ever and did a great job of explaining the problem without making us feel like tech idiots. He was polite, understanding and professional. So glad to have access to such great service.

There were several things to look at and he tackled all of them. Some were my lack of knowledge and others turned out to be the equipment was just too tired to fix. He then gave me some ideas of what I would need replacing what was wrong but did not go to the top of what is available. Good job!

The Agent knows our home, is familiar with out equipment and systems, and is exceptionally knowledgable. We had been hacked and Vicente went out of his way to help return our home to normal.

I like having Total Tech service which even setup a printer that i bought at another store...only because it wasn't available at Best Buy. Haven't met a geek squad technician yet that hasn't been extremely helpful, courteous and patient. The only problem is getting a squad tech out in less than a week.

Rene was exceptional. He hooked up my security ware. Looked for and fixed issues that I was concerned about. Showed me where to find files. Installed on my new computer a missing program that I had on my old computer. Rene did a great job, and he treats you like family. I recommend him and the Geek Squad to everybody.

Love geek squad ❤️ we have paid for geek squad support for a few years now. We went a year without using it but bought a new computer and used them 2 or 3 times so the membership more then paid for itself. They are always knowledgeable and courteous and we appreciate all there help.

the agent came with my new PC and downloaded all from my old to my new one, fixed my TV, added a DVD player, and the poorest WI, so he added new WI boosters to 3 rooms. He was very professional and helpful, he explained everything about the new items and made sure I was comfortable with them. Total Geek Support is the best. Best Buy is my go-to store for just about everything
