On time and prepared!

Some were my lack of knowledge and others turned out to be the equipment was just too tired to fix. He then gave me some ideas of what I would need replacing what was wrong but did not go to the top of what is available. Good job!

Recover from randsom ware attack!

Haven't met a geek squad technician yet that hasn't been extremely helpful, courteous and patient. The only problem is getting a squad tech out in less than a week.

Geek squad protection

We went a year without using it but bought a new computer and used them 2 or 3 times so the membership more then paid for itself. They are always knowledgeable and courteous and we appreciate all there help.

Grateful and thankful for the Geek Squad

Looked for and fixed issues that I was concerned about. Showed me where to find files. Installed on my new computer a missing program that I had on my old computer. Rene did a great job, and he treats you like family. I recommend him and the Geek Squad to everybody.

The Geek squad is very good!!!
