Cleaned up two laptop computers by deleting unnecessary files that accumulated over time. That increased the speed of getting the computers up and running faster. Checked our internet virus protection programs. Answered all our questions regarding our smart TV connections. Very helpful.

Agent Dan Ries was determined the problems with my PC losing internet connectivity. He reviewed products available to boost the WiFi signal and helped me decide which product would work best for my system. After I purchased the product, he returned and set it up for me. Problems solved. System working 20x better. If you need service, I recommend that you ask for Dan. If I have any future service needs, I certainly will. Excellent job.

Our tech, Samer Mohammad, was the absolute Best! Having issues that no one else could repair, he refused to leave until it was fixed! Our computer has been perfect and we have Samer to thank!

Paul, the Geek Squad technician, spent about nearly two hours trying to "unhack" and restore my computer. He was successful. he gave me some tips to prevent future computer hacks.
