And he made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I am so very glad that I got my internet upgrade and my PC fixed-up! Agent Dan Ries was determined the problems with my PC losing internet connectivity. He reviewed products available to boost the WiFi signal and helped me decide which product would work best for my system. After I purchased the product, he returned and set it up for me. Problems solved. System working 20x better. If you need service, I recommend that you ask for Dan. If I have any future service needs, I certainly will. Excellent job.
