Excellent Tech. Very courteous & knowledgeable. And, I did call Total Protection & requested a refund because it should’ve been covered under my plan & no virus removal work needed to be performed.

Deni did a great job when she was here. I will be having her come back when i get a new either a lap top or a new tower. Very happy with her work.

My technician got everything installed very carefully and quickly. He made sure I understood the newer operating systems and hooked my printer to this new system. I really appreciated that he checked programs I use daily to make sure they were all operational. AND ~ he was very friendly and you should be glad that he represents Best Buy

Anthony arrived on time and worked on my IMAC. He reviewed several items on my computer and now I can receive email and open email (something I could not do before). He was astute at his work and very courteous and considerate in answering my questions.

The two men who came to our house to hang x3 tv's were awesome! They had great chemistry. Normally you get coworkers who seem to only tolerate each other, these two had a great flow. Things got done alot quicker than we expected. Each knew his position and one did not try to out do the other.

David is an asset to the Geek Squad. He has been in my home 2-3 times and is very professional and kind. He knew immediately what my problem was when I began telling him I was having trouble composing and replying to emails. He did away with Internet Explorer and installed Microsoft Edge. The computer is fine. I'm a happy Geek Squad Total Tech package customer.

Hi did it fast, no BS, great guy, and he knew exactly what he had to do.

I purchased a refurbished HP COMPUTER,Squad transferred al data to new tower(from old) finished on time as promised.

After my account was compromised, I had the Geek squad come out and cleanse my computer. He was the best.

Our agent was on time and gave us a full attention to our PC issues. He explain very step as he trouble shoot the issue. Solved it and gave us some tips to keep our program save and secure .
