Anthony arrived on time and worked on my IMAC. He reviewed several items on my computer and now I can receive email and open email (something I could not do before). He was astute at his work and very courteous and considerate in answering my questions.

Can't say enough good things about Jaytee. I give him the highest ratings on professionalism, smarts, customer service - and he is just cool! And he made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I am so very glad that I got my internet upgrade and my PC fixed-up! And that I had the good fortune to have Jaytee assigned to do the job. David accompanied him and I also want to give a shout-out to him. THANK YOU both. Money well-spent.

Agent reviewed/scanned computer for viruses. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Agent Dan Ries was determined the problems with my PC losing internet connectivity. He reviewed products available to boost the WiFi signal and helped me decide which product would work best for my system. After I purchased the product, he returned and set it up for me. Problems solved. System working 20x better. If you need service, I recommend that you ask for Dan. If I have any future service needs, I certainly will. Excellent job.

Agent Jeffery quickly but efficiently finished set up my new computer. The only complaint is that he worked so quickly that I was left in the dust trying to follow what he was doing!

The two men who came to our house to hang x3 tv's were awesome! They had great chemistry. Normally you get coworkers who seem to only tolerate each other, these two had a great flow. Things got done alot quicker than we expected. Each knew his position and one did not try to out do the other.

My technician got everything installed very carefully and quickly. He made sure I understood the newer operating systems and hooked my printer to this new system. I really appreciated that he checked programs I use daily to make sure they were all operational. AND ~ he was very friendly and you should be glad that he represents Best Buy

After checking my printer and finding it no longer useable, and after I purchased a new HP, the agent installed my new wireless printer, advised me on my new Apple TV and the use of various remotes. He was a “life saver” for me. Thanks, Gary!!

Virus is still on computer. I was cyber jacked and am still getting devices sdded to my computer along with installed bad updates. I cannot get into my computers or phones. He was very nice and i realize cyperjacking is not common yet.

The agent came once and got the computer signed up completely and demonstrated it to me. Later, when I had to call him again and ask for his help, he came out within a day and reworked the linkage, fixed the issue, and demonstrated it tome.

Geek Squad fixed our computer in our home No problems since.

David is an asset to the Geek Squad. He has been in my home 2-3 times and is very professional and kind. He knew immediately what my problem was when I began telling him I was having trouble composing and replying to emails. He did away with Internet Explorer and installed Microsoft Edge. The computer is fine. I'm a happy Geek Squad Total Tech package customer.

I purchased a refurbished HP COMPUTER,Squad transferred al data to new tower(from old) finished on time as promised.
