Geek squad fixed problems with my computer and cleaned up all the spyware & viruses.

My computer is running great, thanks to the Geek Squad.

The Agent who came to our house was very polite and professional; however, he was unable to resolve the issue and additional information as to how to handle the issue wasn't provided. I would still recommend the Geek Squad and this Agent, as I would like to believe that he did all he could and that perhaps no further advice was available as that time. As such, he did all he could and I can't hold that against him.

The in-home was required to fix some problems generated by the Geeks in a store visit where they wiped my hard drive and then semi-restored it. The home visit guy took care of the problems quickly. No charge!

Have had trouble with my laptop and WiFi. Took it into Geel Squad and the tech said it was my service at home and nothing wrong with the computer. I paid $50 for an in-home check and it turns out it is the computer. While there the tech, Brian got me going with the faster side of my modem and that makes me happy but I' m not happy paying the $50 bucks for almost nothing. Not a good experience although I'm now on a faster wervice.

Ty was here to install Windows 10 on my computer that had previously been running 7. It did take a bit longer than I thought it might, but she was obviously very thorough and walked me thru the few changes that I needed to know about - that was a week ago and no issues since.

It took a little while to accomplish as the first Geek Squad person was not able to get my Safari to work. Another Geek Squad person next to us finished with his client and came to help. He quickly got it up and running. I’m very thankful for this service that Best Buy offers.

The person arrived on time at the indicated time and the visit was quick and did everything that corresponded to the review of my computer and left it like new

He came in a timely manner and fixed my computer. I have the service policy which I'm glad and thankful for. I trust the Geek Squad. This is the first time they came to my house. It is difficult for me to take the wires off and remember where to put them back correctly and hard to carry to the store. In the past I did that.

The agent, Sean , took our old tv down and connected the new one. He had to connect new cables and box for audio phones. He explained what he was doing and then went over how to use the remote and how to access new features. He was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

All their work is considered above my pay grade. I needed their expertise, and they gave it within a timely way and answered any of my questions.

Did not lose any data on factory reset. Excellent.

This service was a God-send; I know very little about information technology issues. Geek Squad provided this service for installing my wifi-mesh and new printer, and servicing two computing devices. Great customer service!

the techie was very helpful and checked out my desktop, the laptop and my I-phone. He also removed malware and unwanted programs.

I'm really grateful for the Tech Team. I appreciate that I can call anytime for assistance over the phone, and have someone come to the house if I need in-person service.
