Steve quickly cleaned our computer area and listened to our concerns. Then he’s explained every issue as he cleaned up all the issues. He also recommended we take the computer into the store and replace the hard drive if we want it to be even faster. I shall do that next month

The technicians resolved the virus issue, but I still receive some of the same annoying messages.

Tech could not fix my email address, and ended up doing something that I lost alot of them. But after he left I click on something I mentioned I thought he should have and he said it wouldn't make a difference, and when I clicked it, it actually fixed my email problem. Two take aways, I can't remember now what I did, and I lost a bunch of emails, and my computer is slower than molasses, but done.

My agent was very knowledgeable and figured out what was wrong with my computer. Once the new part was installed he was able to get me back up and running. He was patient and very helpful. He answered all my questions. It is worth having the yearly maintenance service.

Agent checked computer for malware. Jeremiah was very patient & helpful in explaining many aspects of the current pcu in operation. Ultimately I purchased a new computer from BestBuy requesting he do the installation. Very pleased.

The tech was wonderful. He was at our home prior on an unrelated issue. He shared information about why my nest cameras were always dropping offline. He suggested an Eero system would resolve our issues. He returned and installed the system . We are very pleased with his install and the system .

My CD burner was jumping to Image Recorder just before the CD finished burning which ruined the CD. The Geek Squad agents came in and fixed the CD burner in no time. This is a good service. I'd recommend it to anyone.

my computer was hacked & shut down last Friday. Sean came on Wednesday to work on it, but for some reason couldn't complete the issues, so Greg came yesterday morning and finished the restoration. now it appears that everything is back and accessible.
