All technicians were very courteous and patient when they provided home visit. They helped me solve the issues of my computer and educated me computer related topics.

I mounted the device myself, after trial and error it seems to work fine.

My CD burner was jumping to Image Recorder just before the CD finished burning which ruined the CD. The Geek Squad agents came in and fixed the CD burner in no time. This is a good service. I'd recommend it to anyone.

my computer was hacked & shut down last Friday. Sean came on Wednesday to work on it, but for some reason couldn't complete the issues, so Greg came yesterday morning and finished the restoration. now it appears that everything is back and accessible.

The two Geek Squad agents were fabulous. They got all of my televisions set up and working. They also gave me several suggestions about improving my wireless service at the house. I felt very comfortable with them. They were also willing to answer my questions.

The agent installed a back up camera in my 2008 Toyota Corolla. He did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, kind and caring. I would definitely refer him to your future customers. I am sorry that I can't remember his name.

Logan is an excellent agent. He explains everything he is doing. He looks for better ways to set up the system and is extremely knowledgeable. I am going to request him again to help me.

Geek Tech Josh did a great job in removing viruses from my computer It seems to have speeded up my computer.

I had Geek Squad come to my home because of my concerns about a previous virus and lots of junk mail coming into my email account every day......20 a day. They suggested that I further enlist the aid of Best Buy by leaving my laptop at the store for a deep clean. I left the computer for 3 days. Brought it home, and strange things began happening. First, more junk emails....the agent didn't seem think that there was a solution to that!!?!?!? A couple of days after bringing the laptop home, I wasn't able to get into my outlook account or my aol acount. It kept on telling me to sign into my yahoo account. I don't have a yahoo account. It wanted to send me a code to get access, but I couldn't access any emails on my android cell phone either. Emails shut down for a whole day. Still getting endless junk mail daily. I feel like I wasted my money on the services/contract provided by Geek squad. Now, I feel like they not only didn't fix things, but they only made them worse.

Matt is well informed and was very helpful in resolving the issues I was having with the operation of my computer. I would be very satisfied to have Matt handle any problems I may have in the future. A good representative for the Geek Squad. Dave DeWalle
