technician got here very quick and set my computer up and got everything working came back later and cleaned up a virus. I would recommend this agent and would be very pleased if he Is the one to come back if I should ever need assistance, his name is Jason Gates.

The agent was extremely helpful with my promblem to print articles from my computer. He was respectful and understaning for my problems.

I went to the Best Buy in Davenport, FL to buy a 28'' tv for my granddaughterand the salesman was excellent and very helpful. I also ended up buying an Alexa which he set me up for deliveries on both my products.

The agent was efficient and prompt. He moved some of my programs to my laptop from the desktop and helped to straighten out some other issues. He did an excellent job.

Another business install wifi but we could not access the internet. TV and their service required using two separate controls. Very frusterating. Geek squad person got everything straightened out!

I am finally happy with the way the computer is working. I am grateful to Jerrimy who both helped and explained everything I needed to know about the computer that I brought in and had work done on.

I specifically asked for a Tech who had extensive Outlook experience but I did not get that. This was to reload all programs after a hard-drive repair. Several key items are missing from Outlook - folders, address book, etc.

The agent was outstanding. he knew exactly what to do. Agents like him are why i to use best buy when i need something. I am so great full you sent him.

Bri-Ann identified the problem with my HP printer right away and got it working with my iMac. I have since had an iOS update and it is working great.

John is the best. He is knowledgeable, friendly, very patient and kind. He has done many service calls for me because I am technically challenged and he is always very willing to answer my questions. He's an asset to Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

Bike arrived as scheduled and 2 very pleasant young men set it up right where I asked them to. Work was done well and they cleaned up after themselves.

The salesman did a good job in explaining all the features of the Dyson chordless vacuum cleaner. Have enjoyed the power, 2 battery packs and very large tank for debris. Can vacuum 2 hours straight!

I have had in home service from the Geek Squad twice. Once in California, my former home, and once here in Davenport, my new home. This is my personal I-Tech service and I'm so glad to have it.

Tech person checked out our iMac because it was running slowly. No real problems were found and he told us the issue was mostly likely age of the iMac. After 6+ operating system upgrades, the iMac will just be a bit slow.

Luis did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and also explaining what had been done in-store and not explained to me when I picked up my old Mac Air and its new "sibling." He also set me up on my new Mac Air.

My computer was running really slow - and had a few other issues. The gentleman who came out checked everything - asked some questions - and got it repaired in a very short time. It's running fine now.
