The agent came to my home and thoroughly went through my systems and analyzed speed, etc. and gave me recommendations to improve my performance. He was very prompt and professional. I totally trust anyone that Best Buy sends to my home!

All my items were fixed and it was not lengthy process to get my Epson printer working without hooking cable to my computers. My word on laptop was corrected. My desk top was re-hooked up. Great job. Jay was so polite & knowable.

This is my first time using this Internet security features, since I have teenagers in the household who are constantly on line, gaining and engaging in other Internet activities that may put my system at risk for viruses and other malicious websites; detection is very important in guarding my personal information. This is my first time using this product and I will determine at a later date it's true value.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I kept wishing I could transfer some of his knowledge about computers from his brain to mine. Then I remembered that most people say I obviously don't have a brain.

The agent was efficient and prompt. He moved some of my programs to my laptop from the desktop and helped to straighten out some other issues. He did an excellent job.

I specifically asked for a Tech who had extensive Outlook experience but I did not get that. This was to reload all programs after a hard-drive repair. Several key items are missing from Outlook - folders, address book, etc.

technician got here very quick and set my computer up and got everything working came back later and cleaned up a virus. I would recommend this agent and would be very pleased if he Is the one to come back if I should ever need assistance, his name is Jason Gates.

Bri-Ann identified the problem with my HP printer right away and got it working with my iMac. I have since had an iOS update and it is working great.

The agent was outstanding. he knew exactly what to do. Agents like him are why i to use best buy when i need something. I am so great full you sent him.

I went to the Best Buy in Davenport, FL to buy a 28'' tv for my granddaughterand the salesman was excellent and very helpful. I also ended up buying an Alexa which he set me up for deliveries on both my products.

Another business install wifi but we could not access the internet. TV and their service required using two separate controls. Very frusterating. Geek squad person got everything straightened out!

I am finally happy with the way the computer is working. I am grateful to Jerrimy who both helped and explained everything I needed to know about the computer that I brought in and had work done on.

Bike arrived as scheduled and 2 very pleasant young men set it up right where I asked them to. Work was done well and they cleaned up after themselves.

The service repairer said that the computer could not be fixed because it was too old and I needed a new computer. I asked him if he could at least remove a (vulcan, I believe to be a virus off of my computer, and he said yes) He appeared to be angry because he even had to come out to my house. He then said he had removed the (vulcan virus and that it should not come up any more. The vulcan virus is still on my computer. I would recommend Geek Squad to others because I just happen to think I got the wrong person to help me.

,,, You sent the mobile guy here three times , who knows what he did , told me to bring it into the store , needs a new hard drive, I took it in , on a Sunday morning , remember this is for a simple browser upgrade , when I got it back you erased 4,000 cherished pictures , erased all my albums on iTunes , ,on Facebook I can't see videos because I have no internet connection , total disaster , they should do something to make this right ,,,Disaster,,

The Agent, David, installed my new printer onto my new laptop computer and also setup my new laptop computer. David was very professional and knowledgeable, and he did an AWESOME job!!
