I was so distraught when my computer was hacked. The geek squad agent was terrific - removed viruses, scanned everything and installed anti-virus software

The agent was incredibly supportive and helpful. They listen to your needs and meet above standards. Everytime I run into a snag, they bend over backwards to help. Thank you.

I had Geek Squad come to my home because of my concerns about a previous virus and lots of junk mail coming into my email account every day......20 a day. They suggested that I further enlist the aid of Best Buy by leaving my laptop at the store for a deep clean. I left the computer for 3 days. Brought it home, and strange things began happening. First, more junk emails....the agent didn't seem think that there was a solution to that!!?!?!? A couple of days after bringing the laptop home, I wasn't able to get into my outlook account or my aol acount. It kept on telling me to sign into my yahoo account. I don't have a yahoo account. It wanted to send me a code to get access, but I couldn't access any emails on my android cell phone either. Emails shut down for a whole day. Still getting endless junk mail daily. I feel like I wasted my money on the services/contract provided by Geek squad. Now, I feel like they not only didn't fix things, but they only made them worse.

Excellent Geek Squad computer Tech James got rid of malware on my computer very quickly and provided me with a written narrative of the tasks he performed and recommendations.

Virus is still on computer. I was cyber jacked and am still getting devices sdded to my computer along with installed bad updates. I cannot get into my computers or phones. He was very nice and i realize cyperjacking is not common yet.

The agent was extremely knowledgeable about how to resolve and troubleshoot my computer problems. He was specific with what “Next Steps” to take, had great follow through and insured I received the best service possible. ,

The agent connected my new monitor, got my printer working and corrected some minor issues. She was courteous, helpful and very professional. What a relief it was to have everything working as it should.

The agent got my computer to boot up, checked it to be sure there was no malware present, and tested it to be sure it was operating properly.

The Geek technician was very informative. He explained every step it took to install Windows 10. I will be recommending Geek Squad to all my family members and friends

The agent checked the printer , found the problem and fiwit. Gave me some instructions. I asked theagent to chek the whole computer to make susre everything was ok. He did a great job.

They were very helpful and found that my backup drive was about to crash and replaced it and transferred the data. Did it in the time frame they predicted.

Checked everything on computer and cleaned up. SThe gentlemen that came was great, very personable and took his time explaining what he was doing, Needs da 100% rating.

Andrew was great, he reset PC up for automatic updates HOWEVER it is not updating automatically and is losing time on the clock. I need to update my MS Office. In trying to do this some kind of message comes up saying I can't do this because of whatever. I don't want to have to pay another $50 in home fee to have this taken care of.

The agent took care of problem. Gave me some additional information about getting a new computer. Was every friendly.
