Tech gave good advice and improved operation of computers

I have Geek Squad. They would not procure the fan. They gave me the part no. but I had to order it online to my home address. Once it came in, they did do the installation free under my Geek Squad membership.

Owen arrived on time and inspected my computer and cleaned some "trash" off of it. He was very nice and knew his "stuff". I asked several questions which he answered that helped me when using my computer.

Mike from the Geek Squad was wonderful - helped bring my desktop up to date. The service has been great. I would not hesitate to recommend Best Buy and their Geek Squad to family and friends!

James Cachine is tops! I prefer that he be the only person to work on my computer and cell phones. He solves any and all problems. My wife and I would be lost without him!

The date transfer from my old computer to my new computer was complicated & problematic, but Andre stuck with it & made it all work.

The Geek guys were very friendly but really did not "scrub" my computer after my bank account hacking. They did not remove all the advertising popups which I requested.

Agent came out to my home to attempt to speed up my slow desk top computer and was unable to perform the task. advised me to replace the computer and reimbursed the $50 fee.

Worked on two computers, found one had been hacked. He fixed. Assisted with other computer, gave good recommendations for following up. I called with questions and he address all of them. He did a great job.

While the service this time was good, it was necessary because they didn't dig deep enough into my overall situation and as a result, failed to transfer a huge amount of data to my machine. This service call was for them to fix that issue which they did.

Daniel was the agent that came to my house. He was polite, thoughtful,kind and courteous. I would ask for him again if the opportunity came up. He was very knowledgeable about my computer.

I CANCELLED THE SERVICE BECAUSE I FOUND WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER SO I CALLED AND TOLD HIM TO CANCEL THE VISIT TO MY HOME

The gentleman who came to fix my problem was very helpful. Even though the problem turned out not to be in my computer after all. It was a problem with my wireless. I'd never have known that could affect the computer.

Gabriel & Nick were professional, on time and diagnosed my Amp situation and made the recommendation necessary to achieve my desired bluetooth connection.

James is always spot on, he knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him. I always request James, but he is usually busy, however I am willing to wait!

Simple, well done, orderly. Receiving clerk was crowed with customers, but took the time to smile, patiently ask questions, remind those in line that if they did not have appts., to step foward and make one 'now,' etc.

He checked my computer and made sure it was secure.

For years we lived with existing kitchen appliances which were not operating well, as a result we spent good money on repairs that did not result in a fix. Now with new LG kitchen appliances we are very pleased with all four.
