The Geek Squad have helped me on a variety of issues this past year, from issues with my IPAD/IPHONE and Dell laptop to setting up a mesh wire network in my home.

The service repairer said that the computer could not be fixed because it was too old and I needed a new computer. I asked him if he could at least remove a (vulcan, I believe to be a virus off of my computer, and he said yes) He appeared to be angry because he even had to come out to my house. He then said he had removed the (vulcan virus and that it should not come up any more. The vulcan virus is still on my computer. I would recommend Geek Squad to others because I just happen to think I got the wrong person to help me.

The Geek Squad helped me at the Manchester store. I saved money, because we put a new hard drive into my 5-year-old computer rather than buy a new computer. No sales pressure--it was refreshing and welcome.
