The technician who came out to help me did a great job. He determined that I needed a new router, which I had to order from CenturyLink, and came back to help me set it up once I received it.

My system was worse after the repair then it was before they touched it. When I called to get help after the repair, I was told Best Buy no longer takes phone calls and I would have to go to the store to get help or let an unknown person from who knows where in the world work on it over the phone for another charge. I was told by the geek I need a new system, which is probably true, but to leave me worse off than I was and charge me was totally unexpected.

Agent tried to correct a messed up remote session I had a few nights before. Unfortunately the remote session removed some items that the agent that came to my house was unable to fix. He tried very hard.

The Technician was very professional in showing how to remove the old printer ink and installing the new printer in.

I believe I already gave you a review regarding the repair. Again, the job was great and my laptop is working much better.
