Geek Squad in-home agent did a thorough check of my computer after I was the victim of online fraud. He was responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. I can now rest assured.

Agent performed several Actions but, mainly, he transferred data to a photo stick from iphone and ipad. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

The tech kept me posted as to his which was within the window promised. He was efficient in completing the work and thoroughly explained what he had done and what's I could expect in the future.

Virus is still on computer. I was cyber jacked and am still getting devices sdded to my computer along with installed bad updates. I cannot get into my computers or phones. He was very nice and i realize cyperjacking is not common yet.
