I paid them $139.00 for the Geek Squad to come to my house for Virus Removal and help with Dell 27" Desktop. The appointment was made for the 15th of October. The guy couldn't come that day. Rescheduled, no one ever came out or called. Rescheduled again, no one called or came. When I called, I had to talk to people in South America. The 20th of October went to get my money back for no show up and I am still waiting for my refund on the 31st of October. On the 27th of September I paid them $1589.99 for this new computer.
