My computer system was hacked so I hired the Geek Squad to help clean up my computer. I paid them $175 and they sent someone out to my house. Almost immediately, the service person said my system was too old and that there was nothing he could do. Then he proceeded to try and sell me a new computer, new screen, new keyboard and new printer! He then left and I was out the $175 that I paid them. Great pay for Geek Squad for the 10 minutes they were here.

My system was worse after the repair then it was before they touched it. When I called to get help after the repair, I was told Best Buy no longer takes phone calls and I would have to go to the store to get help or let an unknown person from who knows where in the world work on it over the phone for another charge. I was told by the geek I need a new system, which is probably true, but to leave me worse off than I was and charge me was totally unexpected.
