The Geek Squad techs are professional, courteous and helpful. They always find the problem and come up with the best solutions. The job is always done right the first time.

The service repairer said that the computer could not be fixed because it was too old and I needed a new computer. I asked him if he could at least remove a (vulcan, I believe to be a virus off of my computer, and he said yes) He appeared to be angry because he even had to come out to my house. He then said he had removed the (vulcan virus and that it should not come up any more. The vulcan virus is still on my computer. I would recommend Geek Squad to others because I just happen to think I got the wrong person to help me.
