MacBook Pro Setup

Left me worse off than before they "Fixed" it.

When I called to get help after the repair, I was told Best Buy no longer takes phone calls and I would have to go to the store to get help or let an unknown person from who knows where in the world work on it over the phone for another charge. I was told by the geek I need a new system, which is probably true, but to leave me worse off than I was and charge me was totally unexpected.
