Washer/dryer delivery

Did not remove tape on machines. The second team was much more professional. Tested machine and removed all tape. Best buy sent me a text and phoned the night before to tell me my deliver would be here between 1:30 and 5:30. Delivery men arrived at 7:30AM. Your right hand needs to talk to your left hand.

Scheduled home visit

No message about a delay or the need to reschedule (even though there have been several texts and emails about the order and charge to credit card). Simply don't show up and then cancel the order. So now, I must reschedule and purchase again, charging my credit card once again, immediately. Of course, my refund from initial purchase comes in 10 days. This is how a Total Member is treated. Shameful.
