    If you take your laptop to Best Buy it takes a two weeks for it to be serviced. Unfortunately, if you opt for the “in home” service it also takes two weeks. So my question is why am I paying an annual fee for Total Tech Support if the service delivery is not faster or better? Very frustrating.

    I was not very happy when the same problem started back up again. I paid $150 for a service which failed. They rescheduled my 2nd house call for July 30, 10 days after I went to complain. Not very customer oriented. My reschedule should have been top since it was return. I am not very happy with the way Best Buy prioritizes 2nd appointments for the same issue.
