    I bought a new computer from Best Buy and the Geek Squad service package. A rep came to my house to migrate everything from my old computer to the new one. He was only halfway successful.. I'll have to have someone else come out to finish the job.

    All is fine & dandy, BUT we aren’t done yet! I wanted a universal remote for my LG TV and was told a few weeks ago the store was “out of stock” on the one recommended.. He said he’d call me when it comes in, and that’s all I know.. Not a word since & it’s been a few weeks. Still waiting for a call..

    I asked the agent if he could look and advise me on a tv. He did, but told me my TV app could not work on it. It was already downloaded to my mobile phone app. Without even trying to turn my tv on and check, he says no! Not true!
