HIS NAME WAS AL, this person had no compassion for a disabled person all he was worried about was himself on a Friday morning and getting done early. If you want any more info about this situation I spoke with Yahtese on Saturday 6-25-22 she would be able to fill you in.

no resolution to problem

Now it will not connected. Geek squad told me to move this is the only way it will work again. This not a solution to a problem that was not an issue before so no WIFI on my lap top which now collects dust

had to cancel an in home appointment

I will try tomorrow to reach someone. today's date is 08/14/2020.

Horrible service

So that was fine he transferred the data to my new one. I read his report and it went on to say that my old computer that was not working was dirty. He should have kept that opinion to himself.

When I picked up my computer, the tech advised thet everything was okay. Got home, started up my computer, and several problems were not resolved.

Never give remote control of your computer to geek

Computer running worse than before the diagnostic.
