service was crap. was on hold for 32 minutes!!!!! in-store people DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!

We were told our computer was too old to fix it and that we should buy a new one.

Poor service. The Geeks didn’t show for any of the three res Jules. Now we’re scheduled a fourt time and I won’t hold my breath that they’ll show upz

The removal went fine, but he also removed many of my GOOD programs, including the use of my diskette players, GMAIL:, Paper Port and Sync Back.

The appointment was cancelled and I was told another appointment is not possible

The agent did our annual tune up and review and , as always, fixed all aspects of our use.

very good service. the tech had a vast knowledge and experience of the computer. he came on time and reset my computer.great experience. i wish I knew more about computers,that is the reason the geek squad was formed. the price is a little high but you need to pay for experience.

The in-home service was excellent. Super knowledgeable technician who was on time and prepared. All of the issues with the computer were addressed efficiently and timely. The technician had great listening skills and explained every step.

Rich was at his best when he helped me. He is always professional and really knows his business. I will not hesitate to call again with my tech needs.

Geek squad member was late by over hour and half but explained he only started work half an hour prior and drive took nearly the half an hour. Schedulers need to verify that geek squad members are even on the clock for the times they offer for appointments. They offered 7:00 am, I accepted but worker didn’t begin shift until 8:00 am. Annoying! Gentleman was courteous, nice and efficient and I believe he solved the problem.

I had a phone call from someone saying they were looking at my credit card on my computer and $9,000 was in pending. Then a man got on the line and said I had to get bit coins. I knew that couldn’t be true so I hung up. I called the geek squad and they sent an agent. The agent checked my computer for any virus and if any unauthorized company was looking around it. Nothing was found. He also checked many things. I was very happy with his service.

The geek, Stephen, arrived on the dot time wise, was polite and so helpful with my Mac. He explained things very clearly and helped me understand what was going on with my computer. I am an 80 year old lady, so a bit behind on computer comprehension, but he was kind and patient and got me up to date.

Very proficient and efficient. Cleaned up a mess. Established protection and explained how to maintain it. Very pleased with His knowledge and work.

Fantastic, friendly, and informative. That's how I'd describe the gentleman who came out from Geek Squad and worked on my computer. Since he came out and worked on our computer my business has run 110% more smoothly. Thank you for everything!

Really enjoyed the service person who came to the house. He was very knowledgeable as well. He explained what was happening with our computer too. We were very impressed.
