    Horrible experience; didn’t come in my time frame (1-4). Spoke with my wife not me. Left without even looking at my computer. When I spoke with the service center; he lied to him.

    Never give remote control of your computer to geek

    Have had nothing but constant problems with laptop since allowing Geek Squad to remotely access my computer. It locks up and kicks me out of web sites and just generally works like crap

    Computer running worse than before the diagnostic.

    Unfortunately, The computer seems to be running worse than before. I'm hoping I can get it corrected. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Recent problems with my MAC and printer now solved

    the gentleman named Cesar did a virus scan on my computer and assured me that nothing was on my hard drive to cause any problems. He also showed me why my new printer would not allow me to download the drivers. He fixed this problem and now everything works perfect. I am one satisfied customer. Thank you Cesar.

    The removal went fine, but he also removed many of my GOOD programs, including the use of my diskette players, GMAIL:, Paper Port and Sync Back.

    Ryan of the Geek Squad, did a great job installing and up-grading my laptop and computer system. I appreciate all the help he gave me. I referred my neighbor to your company and he did a virus check on her computer as well as mine before the installation. Thanks for all you do!!

    very good service. the tech had a vast knowledge and experience of the computer. he came on time and reset my computer.great experience. i wish I knew more about computers,that is the reason the geek squad was formed. the price is a little high but you need to pay for experience.

    The in-home service was excellent. Super knowledgeable technician who was on time and prepared. All of the issues with the computer were addressed efficiently and timely. The technician had great listening skills and explained every step.
