Geek squad member was late by over hour and half but explained he only started work half an hour prior and drive took nearly the half an hour. Schedulers need to verify that geek squad members are even on the clock for the times they offer for appointments. They offered 7:00 am, I accepted but worker didn’t begin shift until 8:00 am. Annoying! Gentleman was courteous, nice and efficient and I believe he solved the problem.

I had a phone call from someone saying they were looking at my credit card on my computer and $9,000 was in pending. Then a man got on the line and said I had to get bit coins. I knew that couldn’t be true so I hung up. I called the geek squad and they sent an agent. The agent checked my computer for any virus and if any unauthorized company was looking around it. Nothing was found. He also checked many things. I was very happy with his service.

The geek, Stephen, arrived on the dot time wise, was polite and so helpful with my Mac. He explained things very clearly and helped me understand what was going on with my computer. I am an 80 year old lady, so a bit behind on computer comprehension, but he was kind and patient and got me up to date.

He was so patient with us Seniors, fixed the problems quickly and demonstrated and explained how to operate and the keyboard and computer efficiently. We learned so much and now can hopefully avoid problems in the future.
