Traveling GS Agents Rick and Kelly are Awesome!

They spent a long time here working on my computer. They were friendly and professional and didn't leave until they were satisfied my computer was the best it could be. I love my Geek Squad agents!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My initial problem with a new laptop was exacerbated by a remote session that bounced from person to person, lasted all day -- initial problems still not fixed, gift cards purchased from accounts BUT on 4/1/22 SEAN spent a lot of time in my home figuring out my initial problem as well as additional problems, though after spending so much time fixing, he didn't have time to transfer files from old laptop; took two attempts to get the files transferred at Best Buy store. Not a great overall experience but it won't prevent me from getting the next laptop at Best Buy. The thing I want to leave with is this experience was not indicative of the usual Geek Squad service we've had with our computers and appliances. "Sean is huge asset for Best Buy!" I am grateful for his expertise.
