I took out a membership for the Geek Squad and I don't know what I would have done without them. True, they installed my new television and set it up, but the big thing was they were right there when ended up inadvertantly ended up in a scam. When I realized what i had done, I called them right away and they told me who to call, what to do, checked our desktop computer virtually, had me bring in our laptop to the store to be checked and gave a number at our bank to get me in touch with a "live person" to stop our check to the fradulant company. This saved us over $1000, in fradulant fees.!! Thanks Geek Squad.

After I got a virus on my computer, I called the Agent and he set up an appointment to come to our house. He was on time, professional, and successfully removed the virus.

The agent helped with slow-running and spam ad overtaken computer. He did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and dealt with an older PC user with humor and kindness. He did a great job!

Checked my computer for virus. There was no virus, but the agent was very professional, took time to check my printer, too. Great job! Would recommend him to anyone who has computer problems!

A technician came to my home and helped get my computer working properly. It had been repaired at the store, but still had problems. It was a great experience!! He was very knowledgeable, efficient and did a fantastic job.

Very very professional. Did what needed to be done. Explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

My initial problem with a new laptop was exacerbated by a remote session that bounced from person to person, lasted all day -- initial problems still not fixed, gift cards purchased from accounts BUT on 4/1/22 SEAN spent a lot of time in my home figuring out my initial problem as well as additional problems, though after spending so much time fixing, he didn't have time to transfer files from old laptop; took two attempts to get the files transferred at Best Buy store. Not a great overall experience but it won't prevent me from getting the next laptop at Best Buy. The thing I want to leave with is this experience was not indicative of the usual Geek Squad service we've had with our computers and appliances. "Sean is huge asset for Best Buy!" I am grateful for his expertise.

The Geek squad member successfully removed the virus & cleaned up the computer. She was professional & patient, answering all my question’s satisfactorily.
