Great customer service!

He's helped me when I first set up my computer and is one of the main reasons I stick with Geek Squad and Best Buy. I just wish he wasn't so popular that it takes a long time to have him free to come to my home. Geek Squad should think about adding another (wonderful) rep, to cut the wait time. But I'd still want to have this great guy who has helped me so much.
