Can't fully explain the total confusion when the PC doesn't work! As expected, Rennier corrected the problem with ease. He is "cool headed" and our expections in him were confirmed. He fixed our problem. We are very fortunate to have Rennier to call when trouble arises. Very comforting to know Best Buy has the Best Agent!

The technician himself was excellence plus, but it took so long to get the appointment that I might have had more losses from the scam I was tangled up in if I hadn't called in an expert friend to stabilize things. The scam related to hi-jacking of Best Buy and Geek Squad online contacts; the technician reported it to management besides cleaning up my computer. Geek Squad needs to hire more people so emergencies like that can be dealt with quickly and without pulling techs from 40 miles away.

My Geek, when allowed to come solve a 'hard hack\ problem is outstanding. Geek squad schedulers screwed up that.. however I ended up with one of my Geek's students who did a good job. Now it is time to figure out how toset up my 3 month check up with Gabriel.. the scheduling won't be easy i think..

The agent, Tim, arrived on time, was open to the questions we had, and explained what he would do to remedy our security concerns. He had the equipment needed in his vehicle to install, and told us its price and explained how it worked. I think our issues were perhaps more mundane than others might be, but they were important to us and were handled that way.

The agents were interested in helping and worked hard each step of the way and never complained and were always polite.
