It was placed about 5' on the wall above a shelf. She quickly removed the old one and removed all of the connections so that she could install the new one. Great work.

Geek Squad Scam?????

Webroot was removed and not reinstalled and when I called back in I was told I never purchased it. Well I DID! Let me tell you. I called into the BEST Buy number and said I needed to purchase a Virus Protection Program and wanted to buy the option to have my computer overlooked monthly. They told me they were the GEEK Squad. They immediately installed your virus program Webroot and the Geek Squad logo appeared. I asked if I could come to the store in Tucson to pay because I would not give my cc number onlline. The man said I should just mail them a check and when they received the check my program would work. Then when I did not hear from them I called back to Best Buy to find out that I had been scammed by someone impersonating Geek Squad. Now I am out $249 that they were going to charge me for a 2 yr program. So now I paid for you Tech Protection program for $199. The local store said it is only for Tech support. I feel that I have been taken again because I now have to purchase another Virus Program. It will not be your program. I do have the address that I sent the check to.
