I like Geek Squad but I believe the Pandemic has taken a toll on them and it is sad that they don't have enough help!! The technician who came to set up my computer was very good with what he does but unfortunately we encountered problems. He did come on a second visit and there were more problems. Reached out to him several times and left messages but my calls were not returned over several days. I went into the store to find out that he had quit and no one was taking care of my problems. Why did Geek Squad not check his voice mails? Something does not add up. Please make Geek Squad better like it used to be. I still need help.

Worked on our computer to see if there had been someone hacking into it. Hector did a great job and made sure everything was secure. So trustworthy and always does a great job for us.
