Microsoft decided to do an update on a laptop without Wi-Fi being available. This left it in nowhere land. Took it to the Geek Squad, who gave me a quote on price and time to fix. Which they lived up to on both accounts.

Desktop was hacked, virus infection, malware. Required clenup and data reconstitution.

The problem was solved very quick! I was originally told that it would take at least to fix and I received a call within a few days that the problem had been resolved!

Thank you Geek Squad. They plug my pc up, gave me a correct diagnosis and had me out the door in less than 48 hours. I was so satisfied with their fast, friendly, thorough service that I signed up for the 1 year service program. Thank you BestBuy.
