Geek Squad totally cleaned my laptop and reinstated it to full functionality

The agents directed me to exactly what I needed and it has performed as I head hoped.

It was long wait and the guy that help us always keep goin to see what was to said to us. I was getting very upset.

Agents diagnosed the issue quickly and provided several options to resolve the issue. My laptop is running much better after they cleaned up all unnecessary files.

Had a computer that wouldn't start up. Took it to Geek Squad, they were helpful and attentive and ran a quick diagnostic. No luck with that, so they sent it out for "repair". After a week of run-around on the phone getting multiple excuses and ideas of what "might" be wrong, they finally admitted defeat. Luckily it was still under manufactures warranty, so the gave me my money back and bought a similar model. A week and a half without a computer or solution was not very helpful.
