Great looking bit do not work

I was so happy when they opened them! They were smart looking with a case and a keyboard. But, when they started using them, the quality was so poor they could not even finish the set up. I was so sad that I cried. I had to return them both.

Broken and used.

Can’t get ahold of bestbuyonline they just hang up on you. I was going to exchange since my other one is just fine. So my money wasted and tablet I can’t use. So you get free item with purchase they want to subtract it from total cost. I’m stuck and no one to cal. Do not buy.

The pictures clearly show a Magenta/pink keyboard case and the tablet being same on the back and along the end/edges. However, the case was all a very busy bright paisley and the tablet was black. Not at all what I ordered or wanted.
