I read other reviews before purchasing, and they looked great, but I'm not sure these people actually used the tablet before submitting a review. This is the slowest tablet I've ever used. It takes at least 5 minutes when starting up for it to reach the home screen. Even when connected to my wifi network, it moves so slowly. I just deleted 12 pictures and it took 8 minutes! That's not even something that requires internet connection. Games that require internet and ones that don't always crash because the tablet has such a terribly slow OS. I'm better off using my phone for games, photos, and internet browsing....which I'm using to write this review because the page still hasn't loaded on the tablet.

For the money, it's terrific! Gave it to my wife for Hanukah, I've played with it, she's using it and for the cost, this is outstanding. There is nothing, for this price, that gives you specs that are anything close. Speed is quick and more than adequate for the apps she'll use. I have a speciality, windows 10, tablet pc with single character, stylus entry and I'm now considering one of these for myself. I'm a "techie" and have all the "toys" as well as providing "pay for it", level III, tech support ... I'm impressed. Provided it "lives" at least 18 months, ya can't, currently, beat it.

Wireless WILL NOT connect, restarted it, restarted the Router, made sure date was right. No go. All other wireless devices work, including a computer all the way across the house, but not this tablet, even tried right next to the Router. What a waste of money. I've NEVER had a tablet not connect to the Internet right out of the box!

I like the way it turns into tablet Vs. business laptop it works pretty Well :)

I had to send a visual land 10ql back for repairs after owning it for 1 month, they sent me a 10es which doesn't have the extra USB port for the keyboard and the cameras are in different places so i have to take it out of the case to take pictures. NOT a happy person with this product

I am convinced that any review over one star here is either a paid review or it was someone’s first computer and they had very low expectations. No idea how something like this even makes it to the public. I would love to meet the person at this company that fired it up and said “yes this is great let’s put it on the shelves”. From the moment you turn it on, it’s all downhill. My expectations were not high at all for a sub 100 “computer”, but this is just soooo bad it should have never been an option. The lag time from hitting any button is a cruel form of torture. The amount of error messages that pop up are annoying. Having to touch buttons 3-5 times before they work is ridiculous. The technology here is something that I would expect in 1993 not 2020. Well then again with how 2020 has been going, maybe this was intentional.....save your time and money and stay away from this thing.

I wouldn't even give this one star. Got for my daughter for Christmas, we turned it on and attempted to download apps, which it would not allow us to and kept disconnecting from wifi. Second attempt to turn on AFTER contacting customer service ( manufacturer ) the tablet wont even turn on now or charge ..I tried multiple chargers and multiple ports. This tablet has not even been used! just money thrown down the drain. When you call customer service they dont answer during the posted working hours and they will only reply to email but not willing to give me a new device , beating around the bush in every email hoping they will prolong me on getting a new device. iv asked multiple times to be issued a new one. So much for my daughter enjoying her gift .

Not so good..Please people don't buy this 84$$ tablet because Processor made by Chinese A33 chips is very slow like turtle i cannot download anything!

Don't Waste your Money This Tablet Because Download Are Completed Slow it takes Hard Time to Reach WiFi Signal...This is Very Slow processor I have to Return Best Buy Store and get Asus Chromebook....

The item is really good according to the price, it's not the best tablet out there but it's a really good choice for such a small budget, everything works just fine

I have dropped this tablet more times than I can count and it hasn't stopped it yet. I even dropped it in a toilet and it did not affect it at all. (Yes I am a klutz). The graphics are excellent for watching videos and playing on social media; the only downfall would be you cannot see the screen at all in very bright light like full sun. This tablet is tough as nails and rarely needs to be restarted. Highly recommended!

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It didn’t even last a month. It was my fault for buying it I didn’t look at the reviews till after I paid for it. But those reviews that i saw were right it did everything that they said it did to them. Not sure why they are still selling these. Take them off the shelf and throw them in the trash.

Nice tablet, had trouble updating apps and slow to load, but ok

Out performs my other tablet and is easier to read and has a keyboard besides a nice case. Charges quickly and holds charge for a long time.
