Low price sound bar, doesn't meet the quality bar!

Wouldn't turn off.

Returned to Best Buy. This is not the first time I had problems with items purchased from Best Buy and will not purchase from them again.

Wouldn't buy again

No change in setup and for some reason it no longer plays sound. Have troubleshooted the product and it will not play sound. This was a very expensive purchase for 30 days of use "some" use.

too big of sound loudness levels

There should be finer sound increments on the lower sound levels with larger changes for the "loud" end of the spectrum.

Posted .Thanks for your comments! If the sound is fluctuating without changing the volume level there is a feature on the sound bar called TruVolume. Enabling or disabling this setting will help create a more even volume level.

Broke after 1 year

Ok, not great

Cheaper than having to purchase a new TV

Poor Speakers compared to My smart Samsung TV
