Easy set up. Good sound and value. So much better than tv speakers.

Bought this for the parents when they complained about not being able to hear the TV. Noticable improvement when we finally got it set up. Running on an older Panasonic plasma tv. Wouldn't work with optical output and had to settle for audio jack. Configuring the universal remote was hit and miss. Sometimes it works but usually requires a few button pushes. Sound is better than the tv but level set expectations. This isn't a high end system. Good value for what I paid and Mom can hear her shows.

My only negative about this product is when using the TV remote volume the sound bar often does not respond as I expect it to. Sometimes the sound level is high with TV volume on lowest setting.

The sound is great and works well in apartments. The Bluetooth is a nice feature and the sound can get really loud. Mounting it on the wall gives better sound than on top of an entertainment center. Good choice for the money.

Some set-up involved (e.g. if you have a cable box, DVD player, the sound bar must be plugged in box/player and NOT the TV. Something about the sound bypassing the TV) but once it's up and running, sounds great. Good for playing music too.

I bought this for the kitchen. We had a hard time hearing the downward firing TV speakers on our 32" Visio TV any time we were running water or the vent fan, etc. Adding this sound bar not only solved that problem affordably, but it integrated seamlessly, using the same power and volume control codes as the TV. I won't say the sound is stellar. I think Visio tried a little too hard to manufacture some bass without a sub, but it definitely improved the sound quality over the TV speakers, and more importantly, the intelligibility.

Bought this for my workshop. Great sound and plenty of volume! For much less than the price of a good portable Bluetooth speaker, I have great Vizio sound in my shop. I mounted mine on pegboard near a power source. You might need to place a strip of rubber or foam behind or under it. It will tend to rattle other tools hanging on the pegboard without it. After a couple of months of shop service, it seems to be plenty rugged for the job. It comes with cables, a small brick, and a small remote. Plan on good location to store the remote. As I said its "small." You know how quickly "small" things get covered up and lost on your workbench! Just plug it in, pair it up with a Bluetooth device, crank up some tunes, and get to work!

The sound bar sounds good and works nicely for us. I did have problems with it at first whereby it wouldn't torn on at all. I call the Manufacturer and they talked me through resetting the unit and it now is working fine.

Every few days this Vizio sound bar stops playing sound. However, I just read that somebody with the same TV as I have has their sound bar stop playing sound. So which device is at fault? Hard to say. What I do know is I have to factory reset the sound bar when this happens. It's easy to do but very annoying. Another thing I don't like is I have a hard time getting the sound exactly where I want it to be. My hearing isn't the greatest, but sometimes I feel the sound is either too loud or too soft. However, the sound, when it does come out, is crisp and clear and if I wanted to, I could make it very, very loud. If I knew the sound going out was a function of the TV and not of the sound bar, I would give this 4 stars.

Nice sound bar but it was kind of difficult to find the right channel to get it to work. Had to call customer service to help me but it was great from there.

The sound is great and I am pleased with my purchase. The only down side is the remote is not very user friendly. I use this mostly for Halloween to play organ music and place it by our organ and skeleton seating at the organ to make it look like the skeleton is play the organ. So I have to relearn again every time I use the speaker how to get it turned on and set at the correct mode, so I guess part of that problem is my fault for not using it more.

I needed a soundbar for a new tv that sits in an alcove that was swallowing all of the sound generated by the tv. This gives a much better and stronger sound to the whole room. A nice unit at a good price.

It’s fantastic, not too big not too small. Crystal clear sound. Easy to use, and hooks up to your phone via Bluetooth. This is our 2nd one. The other is in game room.

I bought this sound bar to go with a new Vizio TV I had purchased. The set up was super easy and it began to work immediately. The sound is incredible. However I do live in a small condo, so anything is pretty loud. But for what it is worth, I lived in a bigger place I would still purchase. It isn't to big and it looks great in my home. It comes with blue tooth and I can link it with my phone or any other devices. I am very pleased with my purchase!

If you are looking for a compact sound bar look no further. We needed something small to fit in a cabinet with a 32inch TV and it was perfect. The sound is fantastic and it easy to use.

We purchased the speaker on a bit of a whim because the volume on our tv wasn't great, and we did not regret it! The sound is incredibly clear and for the first time we have to turn the volume down rather than up.

Xfinity talked me though a connection for Samsung tv to Vizio soundbar to the Comcast remote. On cable remote, old down set-up button, wait for light at top of remote to change from red to green, and blink. Type in on the cable remote keypad this sync code: 32454 May need to then press the audio input button on the Vizio soundbar. Confirm audio output is set on Samsung tv to audio output and not tv speakers. I used the optical wire that was included with soundbar to connect tv and soundbar. So it is possible to use one Comcast remote. As another reviewer commented, it jumps by one step with the cable remote, not half steps like the Vizio remote. However, you can still fine tune with the Vizio remote if needed.

This is definite a very good soundbar for what you pay for. One, the sound is very full and well balance. Two, I like the fact it has multiple inputs which you do not have in many of these soundbars, no matter what the price range. My only negative, which is minor, when you switch the inputs from one to another, it has to scan for it and when it finds it the volume raises up considerably. So, just be aware of it. Other than that, great sound. Buy it.
